Order Cancellation Guidelines

    If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the product is shipped. You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer support team at info@easesit.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

    • Full Refund: Orders canceled before shipment will be eligible for a full refund, including any shipping fees.
  2. Cancellation After Shipment
    Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you still wish to return the item after it has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to return your purchase.

    • Shipping Costs: If an order is canceled after shipment, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
  3. Custom or Special Orders
    Orders for customized or special-order chairs are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the production process has begun. Please ensure all details of your custom order are correct before confirming your purchase.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  2. Order Confirmation: If your order has not been processed or shipped, our team will confirm the cancellation and process your refund.
  3. If Already Shipped: If the order has been shipped, follow our return policy guidelines for initiating a return after receiving the product.

Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Full Refund: Eligible for cancellations before shipment.
  • Partial Refund: If your order has already shipped or is refused at delivery, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

  1. Processing Delays: If there is a delay in processing your order on our end, and you no longer wish to proceed with the purchase, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
  2. Backordered Products: If any product is on backorder, we will inform you of the expected shipping date. You may cancel a backordered item at any time before it ships for a full refund.

Changes to Your Order

If you wish to make changes to your order, such as modifying the shipping address or adding items, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed or shipped.
