  • Condition: The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, parts, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Please note that certain types of items are exempt from refunds, including customized chairs or any special-order products made specifically for you.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized Orders: Any chair that has been customized (e.g., special upholstery, embroidery) cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Damaged or Used Products: If the product is returned in a damaged or used condition, it will not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return address.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.

8. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your product. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.

9. Refund for Promotional Items

If you purchased a product using a discount or promotional offer, your refund will be calculated based on the discounted price. Any free promotional items received as part of the original purchase must also be returned to be eligible for a full refund.
